If a Bob Block Fitness (BBF) client finds their new investment in fitness equipment from BBF unsatisfactory in any way during the first 7 days of ownership, the equipment can be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price minus all service related charges. The original delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. For the return, a delivery fee equal to the original fee will be charged, or if delivery was provided at no charge, a delivery fee will apply according to the prevailing rates at the time of the return. BBF must receive notice of the return by the end of the 7th day after a client has taken possession of their purchase.

A BBF purchase may be returned after 7 days and up until 30 days after taking possession of the equipment for 80% of the original purchase price. The original delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. For the return, a delivery fee equal to the original fee will be charged, or if delivery was provided at no charge, a delivery fee will apply according to the prevailing rates at the time of the return. BBF must receive notice of the return by the end of the 30th day after a client has taken possession of their purchase. The 20% restocking fee is deducted because BBF now has a used piece of equipment that will have to be sold as such.

After 30 days, all sales are final. In the case of special or extraordinary circumstances, ownership will provide guidance.
